Swapnil Wankhede is a dedicated social and political leader from Katol, Maharashtra, actively working for public welfare, labour rights, and community development. With years of experience in social service, trade union leadership, and organizational management, he is known for his people-centric approach and grassroots connect.

He currently serves as the President of the Maharashtra State Barood Factory Workers Union, where he represents and supports workers’ rights, welfare initiatives, and fair labour practices. He is also associated with various non-governmental organizations (NGOs), contributing to social development and community support programs.
