As the President of the Maharashtra Rajya Barud Factory Majdur Sanghatan, I have dedicated myself to standing with workers, fighting for fair wages, and ensuring their rights are upheld. For me, the trust of the working class is a responsibility I carry with unwavering determination. When the unfortunate blast at the Economics Explosive Limited Company occurred, I could not stand aside. My priority was to ensure that the families affected received not only monetary compensation but also long-term support through job opportunities. This was not just about providing relief but about restoring dignity and hope to those who lost so much. Empowering others has always been at the heart of my journey. Collaborating with visionaries like Dr. Aarti Singh, I have supported the establishment of a Women’s Resource Center to ensure that women in our society are equipped with the tools and opportunities to thrive. I see this as more than a cause — it is a mission to create a society where everyone has a fair chance to succeed. I am deeply committed to sustainable growth and resource conservation, working alongside district officials to implement practices that protect our environment and future generations. Whether it’s addressing systemic issues or responding to immediate needs, I approach every challenge with the belief that together, we can achieve progress that benefits all. My work is driven by the people I serve and the trust they place in me. It is this trust that motivates me to continue, knowing that every action, every decision, and every effort contributes to a better, more inclusive society.
